We want to hear from you if

• you are currently in your first year of study on an undergraduate masters programme (eg MEng) in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sheffield, or you're planning to transfer to a masters programme (if you are on a BEng programme and don’t intend to transfer, please contact sela@sheffield.ac.uk for guidance)

• you think you have got what it takes to become a leader in research or industry

• you are committed to realising your leadership potential, through dedicating four to six hours per week to the programme
